The Rocket Hall expansion is a continuation of offices and classroom improvements undertaken by The University of Toledo following acquisition on the commerical property at the northeast corner of Secor and Dorr Streets. The renovated facility houses offices for the registrar, scholarships, financial aid/administration, call center, recruiting, general accounting, student accounts, student tellers, grants accounting, accounts payable, and payroll.
A new Lannon Stone and brick facade was designed to be compatible with other nearby �Collegiate Gothic� buildings, including new entrance structures emphasizing main points of access to the building. A new master plan for the site was created, and when completed, will provide a balance of parking, and green space; and also, connectivity to inner campus vehicular and pedestrian circulation patterns. The corner location is significant in defining the campus boundary and providing a visual entrance and identity.
